Crockpot Alfredo Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs frozen Italian style meatballs store-bought or homemade
  • 15 oz jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 tsp each pepper, oregano, thyme
  • 1 tsp each onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes drained
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Dried parsley

Method

  1. Place frozen meatballs and the jar of Alfredo sauce in a slow cooker.
  2. Season with pepper, oregano, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Add the chopped sun dried tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and milk, then stir to combine.
  4. Cook on low for about 4 hours, stirring occasionally if possible.
  5. Garnish with extra Parmesan and dried parsley before serving.
  6. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta.
