Street Corn Chicken Orzo

- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
- 8 oz dry orzo
- 1 can Del Monte Mexican Style Street Corn, drained
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup crumbled cotija cheese, divided
- Juice of 1 lime
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Tajin, measure with your heart
- 1½ tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp cayenne, optional
