Grinch Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients

• 30 Hershey's Hugs kisses
• Sanding sugar
• 1 box vanilla cake mix
• ⅓ cup vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• ½ tsp vanilla
• Green food coloring
• ¼ cup confectioners sugar
• ⅓ cup cornstarch
• Candy hearts or sprinkles

Method

1. Mix cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla, and green food coloring together to form dough.
2. Combine confectioners sugar and cornstarch in a bowl.
3. Roll dough into balls and coat in the sugar/cornstarch mixture, or sanding sugar.
4. Place on baking sheet and press a candy heart or sprinkles on top, or add a Hershey's Hugs kiss after baking.
5. Bake according to cake mix package cookie instructions until set.
6. Cool before serving.
