Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds chicken breast ((boneless and skinless))
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- 15 oz alfredo sauce
- 14.5 oz petit diced tomatoes
- 15 oz marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 10 oz bow tie pasta
Method
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and sprinkle with the basil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in the alfredo sauce, diced tomatoes, and marinara sauce. Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Shred the cooked chicken directly in the slow cooker and stir to combine with the sauce.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package directions and drain. Stir the cooked pasta into the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella on top, cover, and let sit until the cheese melts. Serve warm.
