Peach Cooler

Peach Cooler

Ingredients

  • 2 cups 1% low-fat milk
  • 1 cup canned peaches packed in juice, drained — or1 cup of sliced fresh peaches
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • nutmeg — dash, optional

Method

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Put the ingredients in a blender.
  3. Blend well.
  4. Sprinkle with nutmeg if you like.
  5. Serve cold.
