Pasta Primavera in Spaghetti Sauce

Pasta Primavera in Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 cups pasta, uncooked
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 (24 ounce) jar low-sodium spaghetti sauce
  • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
  3. Add frozen vegetables during the last 5 minutes of cooking time.
  4. Drain pasta and vegetables and set aside.
  5. Bring the spaghetti sauce to a boil over medium heat.
  6. Stir in the pasta and vegetables.
  7. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
