Hiding Rabbits

Ingredients

  • 2 celery stalks (each piece cut in half lengthwise)
  • 4 small cauliflower florets (cut in half)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

Method

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Place one piece of celery in center of plate with the center facing up.
  3. Use a butter knife to spread peanut butter on top edges.
  4. Place second piece of celery on top, forming a log.
  5. Cut log in half.
  6. Repeat steps 1-3 with remaining 2 pieces of celery.
  7. Place cauliflower florets on ends of each log, securing with remaining peanut butter.
  8. Enjoy your Hiding Rabbits.
