Grape Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 cups seedless grapes — cut up
  • 1/2 cup green onions — sliced
  • 1/2 cup Anaheim chili, fresh or canned — diced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro — chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic — minced or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon hot sauce

Method

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
  3. Let stand at least 1 hour.
  4. Drain off excess liquid before serving.
