Gazpacho Soup

Gazpacho Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce, low-sodium
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons red vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Chop the tomato, cucumber, and peppers into very small pieces.
  3. Put all the ingredients in a large glass or plastic bowl.
  4. Stir well with a wooden or plastic spoon.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
