Frozen Pear Pops

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned pears, drained
  • 1 cup low fat yogurt
  • 6 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • ice cube tray or small paper cups
  • straws or popsicle sticks

Method

  1. Cut canned pears into small pieces.
  2. Add yogurt and orange juice to cut pears and mix well to combine.
  3. Divide into 8 ice cubes squares (or 4 small paper cups).
  4. Place in cut straws or popsicle sticks.
  5. Freeze and enjoy!
