Chocolate Peanut Butter Frozen Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (1.4 ounces each) low calorie chocolate pudding, instant — or cook and serve type
  • 3 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 15 graham cracker rectangles — break crackers apart

Method

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Mix pudding according to package directions, except use 3 1/2 cups milk.
  3. Beat in peanut butter.
  4. Line a 9x13 inch pan with half the graham crackers.
  5. Spread pudding mixture over graham crackers.
  6. Top with remaining crackers.
  7. Freeze for four hours.
  8. Cut into squares and remove from pan.
  9. Store in a plastic bag in the freezer.
