Beef & Vegetable Six-Layer Dinner

Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 2 cups carrots, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup onion, sliced
  • 1 pound 90% lean ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 1/2 cups green beans
  • 1 can low-sodium tomato soup

Method

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Lightly oil or spray baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Layer ingredients in order given.
  4. Cover.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until tender and thoroughly heated.
  6. Uncover and bake 15 more minutes.
