Apple Salad with Sweet & Tangy Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced apple
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup yogurt, low-fat vanilla

Method

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Wash apples, celery, and carrots before dicing/grating.
  3. Toss apples with lemon juice.
  4. Add celery, carrots and raisins.
  5. Fold yogurt into apple mixture.
  6. Cover.
  7. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
  8. Refrigerate leftovers.
