Lemon Herb Chicken Caesar Sandwich

- 1 chicken breast, halved lengthwise and pounded
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoke paprika powder
- Oil for frying
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1-2 tbsp of water (to thin the sauce)
- 2 cups lettuce, chopped
- 3 tbsp lemon herb caesar dressing
- 3 loafs of bread
- 3 tbsp butter, to toast the bread
