Ingredients

  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 yellow onion, green and red bell pepper
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • 1/4 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 yellow onion, diced
  • 2 cups long grain rice, rinsed
  • 4 cups chicken poaching liquid (or water)
  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 yellow onion, minced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, minced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, minced
  • 2 ribs of celery, minced
  • 2 small carrots, minced
  • 6 turkey hot dogs
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup olives (optional)
