Hamburger Hot Pot

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced about 1/4”thick
- 3 medium onions, sliced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) Campbell’s Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cup water
- Ketchup for serving, optional
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then drain off excess fat.
- Mix the browned beef with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce; set aside.
- Spray a Dutch oven with nonstick spray.
- Layer half the sliced potatoes in the bottom, then top with half the sliced onions.
- Spread the seasoned beef evenly over the onions.
- Layer the remaining potatoes and onions on top.
- Whisk together the Golden Mushroom soup and water, then pour evenly over the top.
- Cover and bake for 1 hour.
- Uncover and bake 15 more minutes until the top is browned.
- Serve with ketchup on the side if desired.
