Oatmeal Toffee Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter (at room temperature)
- 1/3 cup shortening
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour (measured with the scoop and sweep method)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt (I used sea salt)
- 1 cup toffee bits
