High-Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Cloud

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1–2 tbsp powdered zero-calorie sweetener, to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2–3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk, as needed
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free whipped topping, optional

Method

  1. Combine the Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, peanut butter, cocoa powder, protein powder, vanilla, sweetener, and salt in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Add almond milk a tablespoon at a time until the mixture reaches a thick, fluffy mousse consistency.
  4. If desired, gently fold in the whipped topping for a lighter texture.
  5. Divide into 2-3 small dessert cups.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes before serving.
  7. Top with a drizzle of peanut butter, a dusting of cocoa powder, or a few sugar-free chocolate chips before serving.
