Slow Cooker Chicken & Stuffing

Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
- 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- ¾ cup chicken broth
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 1 cup celery, chopped
Method
- Lay the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Scatter the chopped celery over the chicken.
- Spread the dry stuffing mix evenly on top.
- Whisk together the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and melted butter until smooth.
- Pour the soup mixture evenly over the stuffing without stirring.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
- Shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker.
- Fold the chicken gently into the stuffing, leaving some stuffing pieces intact.
- Let stand covered for 5-10 minutes before serving.
