  • 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • ¾ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup celery, chopped

Method

  1. Lay the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Scatter the chopped celery over the chicken.
  3. Spread the dry stuffing mix evenly on top.
  4. Whisk together the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and melted butter until smooth.
  5. Pour the soup mixture evenly over the stuffing without stirring.
  6. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
  7. Shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker.
  8. Fold the chicken gently into the stuffing, leaving some stuffing pieces intact.
