Amish-Style Meatballs & Noodles

Ingredients
- 1.5 lb ground beef
- 12 oz egg noodles
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Method
- Combine ground beef, onion, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder and black pepper in a bowl.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and brown them in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the beef broth and stir in the brown gravy mix.
- Cover the skillet and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the meatballs are fully cooked.
- Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing gently with the meatballs and gravy.
- Simmer for another 2-3 minutes until everything is hot and well coated.
