Slow Cooker Taco Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups uncooked pasta
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Method
- Brown the ground beef in a pan and drain off the excess fat.
- Transfer the beef to the slow cooker with the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and salsa.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
- Stir in the uncooked pasta during the last 30-40 minutes of cooking, until tender.
- Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot, topped with extra cheese, cilantro, or sliced jalapeños if desired.
