Dirty Cabbage Crockpot Meal

Ingredients

  • 1 cabbage
  • 1 lb ground beef - cooked
  • 1 lb Italian sausage - cooked
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1-2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • Onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper

Method

  1. Chop the cabbage and dice the onion and bell peppers.
  2. Add the cabbage, cooked ground beef, cooked Italian sausage, onion, peppers, and minced garlic to a crockpot.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then stir to combine.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, until the cabbage is tender.
