Crockpot Lasagna Soup

Crockpot Lasagna Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 jar Marinara sauce
  • 32 oz beef broth
  • ½ yellow onion, diced
  • 1 lb ground beef, browned
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt + pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp Onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 lb lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan
  • 1 container mozzarella pearls

Method

  1. Combine the marinara sauce, beef broth, diced onion, cooked ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning in a slow cooker.
  2. Cook on high for 3 hours.
  3. Stir in the broken lasagna noodles, heavy cream, Parmesan, and mozzarella pearls.
  4. Continue cooking on high for another hour, until the noodles are tender and the soup is creamy and cheesy.
