Viral One-Pan Garlic Butter Pasta

Ingredients
- Olive oil (enough to coat bottom of pan)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Ditalini pasta (about 1 cup, enough to cover bottom of pan)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Parsley, to taste
- 3 pats of butter
- Sprinkle of parmesan cheese
Method
- Heat a thin layer of olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the pasta and stir to coat in the oil and garlic.
- Pour in the chicken broth, cover, and bring to a simmer, stirring often.
- Stir in the heavy cream and return to a simmer, stirring frequently until pasta is tender.
- Season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Once the pasta is al dente, add the butter and stir until melted and glossy.
- Top with parmesan cheese before serving.
