Chicken Bacon Ranch Nachos

Ingredients
- 1 bag of kettle-cooked potato chips
- 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese
- 1 1/2 cups of chopped frozen popcorn chicken (defrost 30 minutes first)
- 2/3 cup of ranch dressing, drizzled right from the bottle
- 5 strips of bacon—pre-cooked kind for ease
- Chives, for garnish—optional!
- Any seasonings, as desired
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Defrost the frozen popcorn chicken for about 30 minutes, then chop into small pieces.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Layer the potato chips, shredded cheese, chopped chicken, and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
- Top with bacon and season as desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chives if desired, then serve immediately.
