Chicken Bacon Ranch Nachos

Chicken Bacon Ranch Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of kettle-cooked potato chips
  • 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups of chopped frozen popcorn chicken (defrost 30 minutes first)
  • 2/3 cup of ranch dressing, drizzled right from the bottle
  • 5 strips of bacon—pre-cooked kind for ease
  • Chives, for garnish—optional!
  • Any seasonings, as desired

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Defrost the frozen popcorn chicken for about 30 minutes, then chop into small pieces.
  3. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  4. Layer the potato chips, shredded cheese, chopped chicken, and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
  5. Top with bacon and season as desired.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
  7. Garnish with chives if desired, then serve immediately.
