Crockpot Crack Chicken Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1-2 lbs chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 1 ranch packet
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 pack bacon, cooked & chopped
  • 2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c green onions, sliced
  • slider buns
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tsp chopped chives
  • 1 tsp italian herbs
  • 1 clove minced garlic

Method

  1. Place cubed chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth in a slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low for about 3 hours, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  3. Shred the cooked chicken directly in the slow cooker and mix in the cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  5. Layer the chicken mixture onto slider buns and sprinkle with extra cheddar cheese.
  6. Combine melted butter, chives, italian herbs, and minced garlic; brush over the tops of the buns.
  7. Bake for about 10 minutes, until the buns are golden and cheese is melted.
