Triple-Flavor No-Bake Fudge Squares
24 servings · 15 min prep · 10 min cook · FlashKitchen with Chef Grace
Ingredients
- 2 cups (340g) white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp (28g) unsalted butter
- 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (85g) dark chocolate chips, melted
- 1/4 cup (12g) freeze-dried strawberries, finely crushed + drop of pink food coloring
Method
- Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides.
- In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt together the white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter, stirring gently until smooth and glossy. Keep heat low to avoid graininess.
- Divide the warm mixture evenly into three bowls. Mix vanilla into one, melted dark chocolate into another, and crushed strawberries plus a drop of pink food coloring into the last.
- Layer the pink mixture in the pan, then the vanilla, then the chocolate. Use a knife to swirl in a figure-eight motion through all three layers.
- Tap the pan on the counter to settle it, then refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.
- Lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment overhang and cut into squares.
