REESE'S Peanut Butter Chip Brownies

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter or margarine (2 sticks), softened
- 1 package cream cheese (3 oz.), softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 2/3 cups REESE'S Peanut Butter Chips (10 oz pkg.)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and grease the bottom of a 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
- Beat the butter, cream cheese, and sugar together until fluffy.
- Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder, then gradually blend into the butter mixture.
- Fold in the peanut butter chips and spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until the brownies begin pulling away from the sides of the pan.
- Let cool completely before frosting if desired, then cut into bars.
