Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Creamy Alfredo Rigatoni

Ingredients
- 1½ lbs sirloin steak, cubed
- 12 oz rigatoni
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- ½ cup mozzarella
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & black pepper
- Fresh parsley
Method
- Boil rigatoni in salted water until al dente, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
- Season steak cubes with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sear in hot olive oil for 2-3 minutes per side until deeply browned.
- Reduce heat, add butter and minced garlic, and toss steak for 1 minute until glossy and fragrant. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add heavy cream and Italian seasoning; simmer 2-3 minutes, then stir in Parmesan and mozzarella until smooth.
- Add cooked rigatoni to the sauce and toss to coat, adding reserved pasta water as needed to loosen.
- Plate the rigatoni, top with the garlic butter steak bites, and garnish with extra Parmesan and parsley.
