Crockpot Creamy Ranch Chicken Bow Tie Pasta

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 16 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 12 oz bow tie pasta (farfalle)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Chopped parsley for garnish
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and a small pinch of salt over the chicken.
  3. Add the cubed cream cheese evenly over the top.
  4. Pour both cans of cream of chicken soup over the chicken and cream cheese.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
  6. Remove the chicken, shred it with two forks, then return it to the crockpot.
  7. Stir everything together until the cream cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  8. Cook the bow tie pasta separately according to package directions until al dente, then drain.
  9. Add the cooked pasta to the crockpot and gently stir until every piece is coated in the creamy ranch chicken sauce.
  10. Serve hot and garnish with chopped parsley and extra black pepper.
