Crockpot Creamy Ranch Chicken Bow Tie Pasta

Ingredients
- 3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 12 oz bow tie pasta (farfalle)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Chopped parsley for garnish
- Salt to taste
Method
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and a small pinch of salt over the chicken.
- Add the cubed cream cheese evenly over the top.
- Pour both cans of cream of chicken soup over the chicken and cream cheese.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken, shred it with two forks, then return it to the crockpot.
- Stir everything together until the cream cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Cook the bow tie pasta separately according to package directions until al dente, then drain.
- Add the cooked pasta to the crockpot and gently stir until every piece is coated in the creamy ranch chicken sauce.
- Serve hot and garnish with chopped parsley and extra black pepper.
