Cheesy BBQ Chicken Sliders

Ingredients
- 12 count Hawaiian Original Rolls
- Olive oil
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
- 1 tsp each paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 6 pieces of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Crispy onions
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp each garlic powder and dried parsley
Method
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Add cubed chicken breast and season with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half, keeping the bottoms connected as one slab.
- Layer shredded mozzarella cheese over the bottom half of the rolls, then top with the cooked chicken.
- Drizzle BBQ sauce over the chicken, then sprinkle with shredded Colby Jack cheese, crumbled bacon, and crispy onions.
- Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
- Melt the butter and stir in garlic powder and dried parsley, then brush over the tops of the sliders.
- Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
- Slice into individual sliders and serve.
