Slow Cooker 4-Ingredient Brown Sugar Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 boneless or bone-in pork chops
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and black pepper, optional
Method
- Pat the pork chops dry and season lightly with salt and pepper if desired.
- Mix the brown sugar and soy sauce together in a small bowl until combined.
- Place the pork chops in the slow cooker, pour the brown sugar-soy sauce mixture over them, and scatter small pieces of butter on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Spoon the sauce from the slow cooker over the chops before serving.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, green beans, rice, or a salad.
