Slow Cooker 4-Ingredient Brown Sugar Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless or bone-in pork chops
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and black pepper, optional

Method

  1. Pat the pork chops dry and season lightly with salt and pepper if desired.
  2. Mix the brown sugar and soy sauce together in a small bowl until combined.
  3. Place the pork chops in the slow cooker, pour the brown sugar-soy sauce mixture over them, and scatter small pieces of butter on top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  5. Spoon the sauce from the slow cooker over the chops before serving.
  6. Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, green beans, rice, or a salad.
