- 250 g egg noodles
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley, optional
