Slow Cooker Amish Ground Beef Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed tomato soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, optional
Method
- Cook the ground beef and diced onion in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through; drain excess fat.
- Move the beef mixture to a slow cooker and stir in the tomato soup, beef broth, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours.
- Near the end of cooking, prepare the egg noodles separately according to package directions, then drain.
- Stir the sour cream into the slow cooker mixture until smooth.
- Fold the cooked noodles into the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top, cover, and let sit for 10 to 15 minutes until melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
