Crockpot Creamy Chicken & Noodles

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 small diced onion
- 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 8-10 oz medium egg noodles
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Method
- Dice the onion and chop the celery and carrots into small pieces.
- Coat the crockpot with cooking spray and place the chicken breasts inside.
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder, then add the minced garlic.
- Add the chopped onion, carrots, and celery to the crockpot.
- Pour in the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth, then stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Cook the egg noodles according to package directions and drain well.
- Remove the chicken, cube or shred it, then return it to the crockpot and stir.
- Mix in the cooked noodles and heavy cream.
- Top with dried parsley and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper before serving.
