BBQ Party Ribs

Ingredients
- 1 rack of pork spare ribs
- Hot sauce of choice
- BBQ rub of choice
- 2-3 tbsp of brown sugar
- 5-6 tbsp of butter
- 2/3 cup BBQ sauce of choice
Method
- Dry the ribs with paper towels, remove the membrane from the back, then slice the rack into individual ribs.
- Rub each rib with hot sauce to act as a binder, then coat all sides with bbq rub.
- Smoke the ribs at 250°F for about 2 hours, then transfer them to an oven-safe pan.
- Top the ribs with pats of butter, a sprinkle of brown sugar, and a drizzle of bbq sauce, then wrap the pan tightly in foil.
- Bake at 275°F for about another hour, until the ribs are tender and reach roughly 205°F internally.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
