Crockpot Chicken & Gravy

Ingredients
- 2–3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 packets chicken gravy mix
- 1 cup water or chicken broth
- 1 packet buttery homestyle mashed potatoes
- Salt & pepper to taste
Method
- Place chicken breasts into the crockpot.
- In a bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, gravy packets, and water or broth.
- Pour mixture over the chicken.
- Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until chicken is tender and easy to shred.
- Shred the chicken with two forks directly in the crockpot; mix until creamy, thick, and coated in gravy.
- Prepare mashed potatoes according to package directions.
- Spoon the chicken and gravy over mashed potatoes. Top with black pepper if desired and serve with biscuits or dinner rolls on the side.
