Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, optional
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8-10 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup ranch dressing, divided
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dry ranch seasoning

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the whole tray of rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Place the bottom half in the prepared dish.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese (if using), shredded chicken, chopped bacon, and half of the ranch dressing until well combined.
  4. Spread the remaining ranch dressing over the cut sides of the top and bottom rolls.
  5. Spoon the chicken mixture over the bottom rolls, spreading evenly to the edges, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
  6. Mix melted butter with Parmesan, garlic powder, parsley, and ranch seasoning, then brush generously over the tops of the rolls.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
  8. Uncover and bake for another 5-10 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  9. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice apart and serve warm.
