Garlic Butter Steak & Potatoes in Foil Packets

Ingredients

  • 1½ pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved or quartered if large
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Method

  1. Preheat grill or oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss steak cubes and potatoes with melted butter, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Divide mixture evenly among foil sheets and fold into sealed packets.
  4. Grill or bake packets for 20-25 minutes until potatoes are tender and steak is cooked to desired doneness.
  5. Open packets carefully, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve.
