Garlic Butter Steak & Potatoes in Foil Packets

Ingredients
- 1½ pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved or quartered if large
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Method
- Preheat grill or oven to 400°F.
- Toss steak cubes and potatoes with melted butter, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Divide mixture evenly among foil sheets and fold into sealed packets.
- Grill or bake packets for 20-25 minutes until potatoes are tender and steak is cooked to desired doneness.
- Open packets carefully, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve.
