French Onion Beef Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- Cook 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef, drain grease
- Season however you would like I used onion and herb seasoning
- 26 oz frozen shredded hash browns
- 1 can of cream of chicken
- a 16 ounce container of French onion dip
- 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
- top with French fried onions
Method
- Cook ground beef in a skillet, then drain grease. Season with onion and herb seasoning (or seasoning of choice).
- In a large bowl, combine frozen hash browns, cream of chicken soup, French onion dip, shredded Colby Jack cheese, and cooked meat. Mix well.
- Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking pan and top with French fried onions.
- Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes covered, then uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
