French Onion Beef Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • Cook 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef, drain grease
  • Season however you would like I used onion and herb seasoning
  • 26 oz frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1 can of cream of chicken
  • a 16 ounce container of French onion dip
  • 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • top with French fried onions

Method

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet, then drain grease. Season with onion and herb seasoning (or seasoning of choice).
  2. In a large bowl, combine frozen hash browns, cream of chicken soup, French onion dip, shredded Colby Jack cheese, and cooked meat. Mix well.
  3. Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking pan and top with French fried onions.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes covered, then uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
