Garlic Butter Parmesan Seafood Bake with Scallops

Ingredients
- 1 lb large sea scallops, side muscle removed
- ½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ lb firm white fish, such as cod or haddock, cut into bite-size pieces
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ⅓ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Pat the scallops, shrimp, and fish pieces dry and arrange them in the dish.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, paprika, lemon juice, and lemon zest, then pour over the seafood.
- Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the top.
- In a small bowl, combine Parmesan, panko, melted butter, parsley, and garlic powder to make the topping.
- Scatter the topping evenly over the seafood.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, until the seafood is cooked through and the topping is golden.
- Let rest a few minutes before serving.
