4 servings · 10 min prep · 10 min cook · Cooking for my Soul

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • ¼ c finely chopped Italian parsley
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp very finely diced red onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey with parsley, dill, oregano, red onion, garlic, feta, salt, and pepper using your hands until just combined; avoid overmixing to prevent tough patties.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties about ½ inch thick.
  3. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
  4. Serve with or without a bun and your favorite toppings.
