Turkey Feta Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- ¼ c finely chopped Italian parsley
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp very finely diced red onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
Method
- In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey with parsley, dill, oregano, red onion, garlic, feta, salt, and pepper using your hands until just combined; avoid overmixing to prevent tough patties.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties about ½ inch thick.
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Serve with or without a bun and your favorite toppings.
