24 servings · 15 min prep · 15 min cook · Lexi
Ingredients
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- ¾ cup light brown sugar
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup mini pretzels
- ½ cup potato chips, lightly crushed
- ½ cup chewy caramels, quartered
- ¾ cup dark chocolate chunks
- ½ cup chopped salted peanuts
- ½ cup holiday M&Ms
- ¼ cup holiday sprinkles
Method
- Beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
- Mix in the vanilla, then add the eggs one at a time, beating until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture in two additions, mixing just until combined.
- Fold in the pretzels, potato chips, caramel pieces, chocolate chunks, peanuts, M&Ms, and sprinkles.
- Cover the dough and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Scoop dough into balls (about 2 tablespoons each) onto the sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Optionally press a few extra mix-in toppings onto each cookie for looks; keep extra caramel pieces in the center to avoid burning.
- Bake for 13-16 minutes until lightly golden. Cool briefly on the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
