Ingredients
- 4 lobster tails
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Lemon wedges for serving
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tsp fresh thyme (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method
- Using kitchen scissors, cut through the top of each lobster shell lengthwise, then lift the meat up so it rests on top of the shell.
- Mix the melted butter with garlic, parsley, lemon juice, paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme in a small bowl.
- Brush the lobster meat thoroughly with the garlic herb butter mixture.
- Arrange the tails on a baking tray and bake at 425°F for 10–15 minutes, until the meat turns opaque and is fully cooked.
- Halfway through baking, brush the tails again with more garlic butter.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and any remaining herb butter on the side.
- Optional: broil for the last 1-2 minutes for a golden top, and let the lobster rest briefly before serving.
