Garlic Butter Parmesan Baked Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1½ lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Fresh chopped parsley
- Lemon wedges
Method
- Heat oven to 400°F and lightly grease a cast-iron skillet or baking dish.
- Mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Toss the shrimp in the mixture until well coated, then arrange in a single layer in the prepared dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine Parmesan, panko, melted butter, parsley, and garlic powder.
- Scatter the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture evenly over the shrimp.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.
- Broil for 1-2 minutes until the topping turns golden and crisp.
- Top with fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
