Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Roasted Tomatoes & Mozzarella

Ingredients
- 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella pearls
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Method
- Toss the steak cubes with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Sear the steak in hot olive oil in a large skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until browned; remove and set aside.
- Melt butter in the same skillet and cook garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook 3-4 minutes until blistered and softened.
- Return the steak to the skillet and toss everything in the garlic butter.
- Add mozzarella pearls and let them warm through and soften slightly.
- Top with Parmesan, basil, and red pepper flakes if using, then serve right away.
