Sesame Ground Chicken with Green Beans

Ingredients
- 500g Chicken Mince
- 1 Tsp Chinese 5 Spice
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 1/2 Red Onion
- 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Spring Onions
- 3 Small Chillis
- 300g Green Beans
- 1 Tbsp Black & White Sesame Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 275g Uncooked Long Grain Rice
Method
- Cook the long grain rice according to package directions.
- Mince the garlic, dice the red onion, slice the spring onion, and chop the chillis.
- Brown the ground chicken in a hot pan, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Add the garlic, onion, and Chinese five spice, and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and both portions of honey.
- Add the green beans and cook until just tender but still crisp.
- Toss in the chillis and sesame seeds, and mix well.
- Serve the chicken and green beans over the cooked rice, topped with sliced spring onion.
