Easy Korean Beef

Ingredients
- two pounds of ground beef
- 3/4 cups low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/2-1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- optional if you'd like the sauce a bit thicker add 1 tablespoon of corn starch
- topped ours with green onions
- served over rice
Method
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet until slightly crispy, then drain the grease.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, red pepper flakes, garlic, and ginger. Add corn starch if you'd like a thicker sauce.
- Once the meat is cooked, add the sauce and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Top with green onions and serve over rice.
