Chicken Bacon Ranch Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, cubed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Onion powder, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Chopped green onions, for topping
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place shredded chicken in a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
- Mix in cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning, 1 cup cheddar cheese, half the bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until combined.
- Spread tater tots evenly over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes until bubbly and tots are golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese and bacon on top, then bake a few more minutes until cheese melts.
- Top with chopped green onions before serving.
