Ingredients

  • 35 regular Oreos
  • 1 stick of butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • ⅔ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) containers Cool Whip, divided
  • 1 (5.9 oz) package chocolate instant pudding
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 package mini Oreos

Method

  1. Crush the regular Oreos into fine crumbs and combine with melted butter; press evenly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish.
  2. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in one container of Cool Whip. Spread this mixture over the Oreo crust.
  3. Whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, then spread over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the pudding layer, then top with mini Oreo crumbles and the red, white & blue M&M's.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
